영준이의 합격을 위해  함께 하신 여호와 하나님께 감사해야 함을 느낍니다

I feel that I should thank Jehovah God, who has been with Bobby for his Trial Winning.

선하시며 그 인자하심이 영원한 하나님, 여호와께 감사하는 내가 되자

Let me be someone who tanks johovah, the good God whose mercy is everlasting.

 

 

오늘의 기도

 

하나님 아버지 아름다운 토요일의 상큼한 새벽 공기를 느끼는 날입니다.

오늘은 시편 107편 1장 "여호와께 감사하라,

그는 선하시며 그 인자하심이 영원함이로다."로 묵상을 합니다. 

잘되면 내가 한 공로라 하고 잘 안되면 누군가를 탓하는 내가 되지 않게 하소서.

감사하늠 마음으로 사는 것이 얼마나 행복한 일인지를 알게 하소서.

잘되고 있을 땐 잘되고 있는 것에 감사를 드리며

힘들고 어려울 때에도 이런 일로 나를 깨닫게 하시어

더 좋은 것을 주시려 하시는 하나님을 알게 하소서. 

감사하는 마음이 늘 몸에 배어 있을 수 있게 하소서.

 

무슨 일을 만나든지 누군가에게 작은 도움을 얻었을 때나

작은 친절을 받았을 때나 항상 감사하게 하소서.

감사하는 마음으로 하루하루를 사는 사람들에게

늘 감사할 일이 생긴다는 것을 알게 하소서.

감사한 얼굴의 표정이 그 사람의 마음 상태를 나타낸다는 말을 알고

밝게 웃는 표정으로 감사하며 사는 제가 되게 하소서.

감사와 기쁨이 넘치는 일들이 우리에게 따라다닌다는 것은

우리가 그런 모습으로 살았기 때문임을 알게 하소서.

마음속에 혹여 남을 미워하거나 시기하거나 용서할 일이 있다면

먼저 사랑하고 먼저 용서하는 제가 되게 하소서. 

무엇보다도 어제 영준이의 합격을 주심에 하나님께 감사드립니다.

좁은문을 통과해 어렵게 23명 중에 5명 안에 들어 합격을 한

영준이의 수고에 감사하게 하소서.

기도한 대로 다치지 않게 하셨고 같이 참여했던 친구들도

간혹 맨 마지막 시험 물속에서 하는 Test 때 기절하는 친구들이 있었고

그것으로 탈락한 친구는 있었어도 커다란 사고 없이

무사히 이 어려운 Trial을 잘 마칠 수 있게 해 주셔서 감사합니다. 

합심하여 한국의 친정어머님을 비롯 많은 이들이 기도해 주심에

영준이가 Trial을 마칠 수 있어서 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

앞으로 있을 모든 영준이의 일정에 하나님이 손을 얹어주소서.

이제 오키나와로 돌아가는 영준이의 귀국길에도 하나님이 함께 하여 주소서.

그동안 영준이를 위해 두 달 동안

마음 쓰며 기다려준 Yurika에게도

하나님의 축복이 함께 하여 주시기를 바라며

 

이 모든 말씀 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도드립니다. 아멘.

Today's Prayer:

 

Heavenly Father, today is a day to feel

the fresh dawn air of a beautiful Saturday.

Today, I meditate on Psalm 107:1, 'Give thanks to the Lord,

for He is good;

His steadfast love endures forever.'

Help me not to become someone who takes credit

when things go well and blames others when things go wrong.

Let me realize how happy it is to live with a grateful heart.

When things are going well,

let me give thanks for that, and even in difficult times,

let me understand that You are waking me up

through these events to give me something better.

Let gratefulness always be ingrained in me.

Whatever I encounter,

whether I receive a small help from someone

or a small act of kindness,

let me always be thankful.

Let me know that people who live each day with a grateful heart

always find things to be grateful for.

Let me understand that a grateful expression

on the face reflects the state of the heart,

and let me live with a bright,

smiling expression of gratitude.

Let me understand that the abundance of gratitude

and joy in our lives comes because we lived in such a way.

If there is any hatred, jealousy,

or need for forgiveness in my heart,

help me to love first and forgive first.

Above all,

thank You for granting Bobby's acceptance yesterday.

Let me be thankful for Bobby's efforts

in passing through the narrow gate

and finishing among the top 5 out of 23.

Thank You for keeping him safe

as he did not get hurt as prayed,

and even though some friends

who participated fainted during the last water Test,

and a few were eliminated,

thank You for allowing them to complete this difficult Trial

without any major accidents.

I am once again thankful

that Bobby (YoungJoon) was able to complete

the Trial with the united prayers of many people,

including his mother in Korea.

Please bless all of Yeongjun's future schedules with Your hand.

May God be with Youngjun on his way back to Okinawa. 
I also hope that God's blessings will be with Yurika,

 who has cared for and waited for Youngjoon(Bobby for two months. 

I pray all these words in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
